Coriander, Cardamom, Fennel, plus seasonal spices to harmonize with the dosha of the season.How to Use:
Add 1 teaspoon of tea to 1 cup of hot water.Option 1: Infuse in a cup for 20–30 minutes (preferably in an insulated mug to keep it warm).
Option 2: Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–5 min
