As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and former yoga studio owner and teacher, Aggeliki has dedicated her life to helping others cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony through the wisdom of Ayurveda and the Vedic tradition. With over two decades of experience in the wellness field, she has supported countless individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, strengthening their digestion, calming their minds, and rediscovering their natural state of well-being.
Her work is rooted in a deep belief that true healing arises from understanding our unique constitution and living in alignment with nature. As the owner of a thriving yoga studio, she cultivated a warm, nurturing community centered on mindful living and the mind–body connection. Today, as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, she integrates her extensive studies in Vedic philosophy, yoga, and holistic nutrition to create personalized wellness plans that are practical, compassionate, and deeply transformative.
Early Inspiration
Aggeliki was born in the Peloponnese, Greece, where her lifelong connection to wellness began. Growing up close to nature, she learned early on to respect the healing energy of the earth and the nourishment it provides. She credits much of her path to both of her grandfathers—each teaching her, in their own way, the importance of mental and physical well-being.
At fifteen, after the loss of her paternal grandfather, with whom she shared long hours in the garden and by the fireplace, she felt a clear calling to devote her life to helping people be “healthy and happy.” That moment planted a seed that continues to guide her work to this day.
Education & Professional Background
Aggeliki holds a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science, with a Minor in Human Biology, from Salem State University. Since 1998, she has worked with diverse populations in wellness centers, yoga studios, and sports clubs throughout the Boston area.
Introduced to yoga in 1997 at Endicott College, she has been known as a teacher who creates safe, sacred, and grounding spaces for her students. She later founded and directed O.M. Yoga Sala on the island of Crete, where she taught weekly classes, hosted retreats, and organized international yoga workshops.
Around 2012, she began to sense that her path was shifting. While yoga remained a foundation, she felt drawn more deeply to cooking, nourishment, and the healing science behind food. Over the next decade, this inner calling led her to Ayurveda, bhakti yoga, and the integration of food as medicine—a path that now defines her life’s work.
